Gameday Reminders
No outside food or drink allowed. This includes water, soda or sports drink bottles or cans; Yeti/Stanley or similar cups or fast food drink cups; or paper or plastic coffee cups. If you come to the gates with any of these items, you will be required to return them to your car or throw them away.
No in and out privileges; re-entry requires purchase of a new ticket.
Throwing empty bottles or bottles full of liquid, spitting or throwing other objects from the top or side of the bleachers is strictly prohibited and is a safety risk to other fans. These behaviors will result in removal from stadium.
Seats in Whiteface Stadium with a back on them (red or not) are reserved seats.
Only officially credentialed individuals will be allowed on the sidelines.
Elementary students must be accompanied by their parent(s) and sit with their parents.
The following items are not allowed in Whiteface Stadium: airhorns, bullhorns, whistles, other other artificial noisemakers, footballs, soccer balls or other sports equipment, boom boxes/portable speakers, bubble guns, laser pointers, baby powder, streamers, confetti, silly string or similar items. No animals, skateboards, frisbees or rollerblades allowed in the stadium.
Children will not be permitted to congregate, run, throw objects, tackle each other or rough house under the stands or in common areas.
Engaging in prohibited conduct, including throwing items in and off the stands and failure to comply with requests of members of the district leadership team or police can result in removal from the game.
Absolutely no alcohol, drugs, smoking, vaping, tobacco, or firearms on school property at any time, including before, during and after football games in the stadium and parking lots. These things are prohibited by law at all times for anyone, no matter their age, on school property.
HISD Media Credential Policy - Whiteface Stadium
All media members MUST have a credential to enter Whiteface Stadium and to be on the sidelines and/or in the press box – NO EXCEPTIONS.
Credential Requests
Credential requests MUST be submitted through the official Hereford ISD Media Credential Request Form NO LATER THAN 12 p.m. (noon) the day before the game.
Approved requests will receive an email confirmation the evening before the game.
Credential Pickup & Entry
Credentials will be available for pickup at the home side Main entrance ticket table.
Media members must enter through the main gates and present their official Hereford ISD Game Credential for entry.
Bags are subject to search upon entry.
Press Box Information
Press Row (1st Level): Reserved for writers
Visiting Radio (1st Level, farthest door to the south)
Film Deck (2nd Level, Away team will be allowed 2 filmers)
Home Coaches (2nd Level, farthest doors to the north)
Away Coaches (2nd Level, farthest door to the south)
Sideline & Filming Guidelines
There is no designated sideline area for photographers and videographers, but they must stay out of the player box and locker rooms.
Live streaming is allowed, but space on the film deck is limited.
Drones are NOT allowed for media coverage.
Important Media Rules
All media members on the sideline or in the press box must have an official Hereford ISD Game Credential.
Hereford ISD reserves the right to remove any credentialed individual from the premises at any time.
All media members must stay out of restricted areas (i.e., player box, locker rooms).
Media must remain aware of gameplay and athletes on the field at all times.
Lost credentials will NOT be reissued.
Wi-Fi access will be available in the Press Box, with login credentials provided on-site.
