If you do not have a computer/device available or need assistance to complete online registration, computers and help will be available at the HISD Administration building (601 N 25 Mile Ave), Monday – Friday, April 7, 2025 – April 11, 2025 and Wednesday – Friday, April 30, 2025 – May 2, 2025 from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm. We will be available until 6:00 pm on Thursday, May 2, 2025. Assistance will be available April 14 – April 29 by appointment only.

At Monday night's HISD Board of Trustees meeting, we proudly recognized four outstanding student groups! 🎉👏 We celebrated our HHS Varsity Wrestling team for making it to regionals, honored our state qualifiers and state champ, and heard from our FFA students about their experience at the Capitol. We also cheered on our MCJROTC marksmanship team for their success and national competition qualification, and highlighted our HPA students for their achievements in the Patriotic Art Contest! 🏆🎨🎖️ #StudentSuccess #HerdProud
Our Bus Drivers did a great job at the Bus Roadeo this weekend! Lucia Márquez won 1st place and Amanda Cisneros won 3rd place! We are super proud of all three ladies! Lucia and Amanda will get to go compete in the State Roadeo in Houston on April 26th.

We have three drivers participating tomorrow morning in Canyon at the 2025 Bus ROADEO. They will be taking a written test and a skills/driving test. The local ROADEO is put on by the Panhandle Association of Pupil Transportation. It is offered to schools throughout the region 16 area. The 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners are allowed to participate at the state ROADEO put on by the Texas Association of Pupil Transportation on April 25th. Good luck!!

At last night's school board meeting, we celebrated our incredible students who excelled at the SkillsUSA competition and wished them luck at state! 🎉 We also recognized our amazing Northwest Elementary campus and congratulated the HHS Cheer squad on their outstanding performance at the UIL State competition.

Yesterday evening, we had the privilege of honoring the remarkable service of former superintendent, Sheri Blankenship. With 30 years of dedication to education, Mrs. Blankenship leaves behind a lasting legacy. Hereford ISD extends its heartfelt gratitude for the time, contributions, and commitment she has given to our district, staff, community, and, most importantly, our students. We wish you a joyful and well-deserved retirement!
